Meet Krista
Dr. Krista Robinson-Lyles
When I founded Joy Hope Collective (formerly HOPE Education Group) many years ago, I had no idea how deeply it would connect me to so many communities ready to grow, heal, and imagine something better together.
For over 30 years, I’ve provided consulting, research, facilitation, teaching, and coaching for schools, universities, nonprofits and corporate teams. My work centers creating positive, healthy, and sustainable learning and working environments that honor equity, joy, love and justice.
My journey has taken me from classroom teacher and principal to university faculty, literacy coach, and trusted consultant in racial equity, wellness and mindfulness. I’ve supported hundreds of educators, leaders and community builders through coaching, courageous conversations and programs that help them challenge dominant narratives and make space for more liberatory ones.
Today, through the Joy Anyhow podcast and summit, I continue to amplify stories of resilience and restoration; weaving narrative and cultural strategies that help listeners transform how they think, relate and thrive.
I believe real change is more than a plan or a policy. It lives in how we gather, how we listen and how we build bridges toward equity, wellness and collective care.
