Meet Krista
Dr. Krista Robinson-Lyles
When I founded Joy Hope Collective (formerly HOPE Education Group) many years ago, I had no idea how deeply it would connect me to so many communities ready to grow, heal, and imagine something better together.
For over 30 years, I’ve partnered with individuals and institutions to reimagine how we live, lead, and learn together. At the heart of my work is the belief that real change lives in how we gather, how we listen, and how we build trust. Whether through coaching, facilitation, summits, keynotes, or creative offerings, I help people and organizations surface the stories they’ve inherited and co-create new ones grounded in care, equity, possibility, and joy.
I love inviting people into courageous practice that tends to grief and resilience, identity and imagination, cultural healing and sustainable transformation. Lately, my work has deepened to include healing-centered experiences like the Joy Anyhow podcast and circles. These offerings are designed to help people navigate challenges, reimagine possibility, and reclaim joy, even in turbulent times.
This is what fuels my work: creating spaces where people remember who they are, what they long for, and how joy can carry us forward.
