Workshops

Powerful facilitation paired with intentional process and critical content are at the core of HOPE's workshop model. In this way, I invite participants to actively engage in the visioning and embodiment of sustainable growth and transformation--both individually and collectively.

For over 30 years, I’ve designed and facilitated workshops that invite people to listen bravely, ask hard questions, and practice equity, care  and belonging in real time.

For more than a decade, I co-created, re-imagined and co-facilitated the Teaching for Equity Fellows Program. This beloved series supported hundreds of university faculty in transforming their classrooms and campus cultures. I have deep gratitude for Tema Okun, Emily Stewart and Barbara Lau for this powerful collaboration.

While that chapter has closed, the work continues: I am actively partnering with organizations, schools and communities to shape new workshops that respond to today’s shifting landscape.

If you are interested in co-creating a restorative, story-centered learning space for your team, please reach out. I’d love to design something with you.

"This workshop was deeply transformative!"

"I was initially hesitant about the virtual format. I didn't think it would be as powerful, but Krista created such a thoughtful and welcoming space that I didn't mind being on Zoom!"
